The "AMC-331" is a high-performance active magnetic field canceller that protects electron beam application devices from magnetic field fluctuations. By controlling the disturbance magnetic field detected by magnetic field sensors using a combination of a controller and Helmholtz coils, it suppresses the effects of disturbance magnetic fields. [Case Study] Countermeasures for DC Magnetic Field Interference in Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM)

We will introduce a case where a DC fluctuating magnetic field was reduced to less than 1/100 by an active magnetic field canceller!

We will introduce a case study on countermeasures for direct current magnetic field interference in scanning electron microscopes (SEM). For the SEM installed in a demo room within an office building, the magnetic field effects caused by nearby railway lines were reduced using an active magnetic field canceller, improving the environment.
